Sunday School

New Session begins September 11th 9:15am - 10:15am

Adult Bible Fellowships (also known as "Sunday School")

Understanding and Defending Our Faith: Do you or your family or friends ever have doubts about what you believe? This is normal and healthy. It's been said that a faith without doubt is like a body without antibodies. The problem comes when people do not properly deal with their doubts. This class will help you deal with your doubts as well prepare you to help others. Here are some of the areas we will look: "There Can't Be Just One True Religion," "It doesn't matter what you believe as long as you are sincere," "Christianity is a Straitjacket," "The Church Is Responsible for So Much Injustice," "How Can a Loving God Send People to Hell?" "The Bible is no different than any other holy book," "The Old Testament God is a God of hate while the New Testament God is a God of love," "Why do bad things happen to good people?" "If God is holy, why did He allow evil in the world?" "I don't want to be saved because I would need to give up the things I enjoy" and the like. People will be encouraged to add their own questions.
