German and luz Marina Millan

Testimony - Luz Marina's older brother invited them to a church and they like the teaching a lot so they decided to continue attending the meetings each Sunday. On a Wednesday (July 21 1989) they showed the film "A thief in the night" and it impacted them tremendously learning about what would happen to those who missed the rapture. That night they both placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their only and sufficient savior.

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light and no darkness in him."
1Jn.1 5.
Thank the Lord for giving us the privilege to participate in His work, thank the Lord for each one of you to participate in our ministry through your beautiful prayers and financial contributions.
We are still trying to be faithful in ministry in Lita. It really has not been easy, there are times when we lose heart, but when we put our eyes on Jesus, take strength and rest knowing that the work is of Him
We see what he is doing, and we just say "Amen" ... ...
Thank God for the kids club, thanks for the 100 children who faithfully despite the heat or rain are to receive the Word of God.
Thank God for those 17 young people every Saturday despite worldly temptations like dancing, liquor, gaming and the pressures of their "friends" are attending, and in which God working through this study Word.

Thanks for each of these 15 adults, who gather on Wednesdays and Sundays to be built in the worship services.

Our desire is that many more people, be blessed by participating in each of the activities we plan to expose the truth of the Word ... .. We want to ask a favor to each of you who support us in prayer for the Lord continue working in the town of Lita and the Awa people.

Call to work in ministry of the LORD - After being Christians for 6 months they had the privilege to visit the Nukak Macu tribe in the jungles of Colombia. During this visit the Lord put in their hearts a strong desire for the many people and minority groups in the world who have never had a chance to hear the gospel. In spite of much opposition from their families and friends they attended the Missionary Institute of New Tribes Mission to prepare themselves for a cross-cultural ministry. After finishing they served for several years in the Missionary Institute as teachers. During an extended furlough from NTM they began a church in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia. Germán had the privilege and responsibility to serve as Pastor there for three years. Presently they are serving the Lord in a support ministry role to the Awa people group in Lita, Ecuador.

LITA, April 20, 2010.

Dear brothers.

Thank you for your prayers for our family and Ministry.

About two weeks ago, my wife Luz Marina began feeling in her abdomen a large lump. After a visit with her doctor, he recommended an abdominal ultrasound to rule out any problem due to her history of kidney cancer. Because of the high costs of the exam here in Ecuador, we got an appointment in Ipiales next Tuesday April 27th. Thank you for praying for her and that it will not be anything serious.

Please be in prayer also for my mom, for several years she has been suffering much in her throat. She is currently undergoing multiple tests to rule out cancer.

I am thinking to travel to visit her and if possible be with my family in Tuluá for a week.

Thank you for your prayers and the Lords provision for everything I need to travel.

Also I would use this trip for me to get some laboratory tests pending for my control for diabetes with an endocrinologist. I do have the possibility of an appointment with a specialist in Quito, so if that happens I will not have to travel to Pasto.

Thank you very much for your love and prayers.

Blessings,

Germán Millán.
