Welcome

We welcome you here at Grace Church. We are eager to get to know you and share with you the ways God is working in our Church. Our purpose as we gather is to focus on God. "That with one accord you may with one voice glorify God." (Romans 15:6) This focus comes as we strive to know Him through His Word, the Bible. As we study His Word we grow in our individual faith and teach each other how to serve and to share our faith with those who desperately need to know Him. Welcome to this adventure as God leads us on!

- Pastor Lew Miller

Church & Community

  • Cook's Corner is one of our newest ministries. It is a united effort between Women's Ministries and Ministries of Mercy and will focus on providing "home cooked" meals to meet the immediate food needs of families in difficult situations. This is also a great opportunity for mother/daughter fellowship. Anyone interested in being part of this important support ministry should call Sherri Hudson at (603) 209-1458.
  • Save the date! Our Fall Church Picnic is scheduled for Sunday, September 12th after the second service. If it rains, we'll have the picnic at church. If anyone is interested in baptism, please see Pastor Lew.
  • NEDA Women's Retreat is being held September 10-12: The theme is "Simply God" and Margaret Feinberg will be the speaker. There are pamphlets with detailed information at the Women's Ministry board at church. For more information, go to http://www.campspofford.org/retreats/nedawomensretreat.php
  • There will be a Community Women's Dinner at Camp Spofford (in the gym) on Thursday September 9th at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $8.00. We are hoping that you will invite other women to this special event; the woman who gets the most ladies to attend will receive a copy of one of Margaret Feinberg's books. We are also in need of table hosts for the dinner. Please see Karen Wells if you're interested in attending, and/or if you would like to be a table host.
  • NEDA Men's Retreat is being held September 24-26: It's not too late to sign up. Special speaker: Pastor Ed Cole. Topic: "To Boldly Go: Living Uncommon Life and Taking Others Along for the Ride." To register, please go to info@campsofford.org or call (603) 363-4788.
  • Calling all orchestral instrumentalists! Would you like to join in and play for preludes and accompaniment throughout the year? Interested in just having fun with other musicians, worshiping the Lord in instrumental praise? Well dust off your horns, tighten up your strings, get a new box of reeds and let's make a joyful noise! We meet each Sunday, in the sanctuary immediately following the 2nd service. If you have any questions about this music ministry opportunity, please contact Mary Lagerberg (mmlag2@myfairpoint.net or 603-363-8482).
  • The next Precept Upon Precept Inductive Bible Study with Beth LaChance starts September 13th. We will be studying 1 Kings 1-15 and 2 Chronicles 1-13 and related passages. This is an eight week study on Monday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. Homework expectations are 3-5 hours per week. The book will cost around $20. Anyone interested should contact Beth by August 15th to order their book. Questions? Call Beth (603) 256-6654 or email  lachance.beth@gmail.com
