Harry Bafundi

Pastoral Assistant & Director of Administration

Like being snatched from the gates of Hades (Conn) Harry and his wife Verna landed in Spofford, and became immediately involved in Grace. Showing an aptitude for administrative skills, he was added to staff soon after. Like a man without a country, his office is wherever he can find an outlet and a flat surface to place his computer, even if that space is normally used as the Church Library.

Albie Powers

Youth Director

Albie Powers is our new Youth Director. Before coming on staff at Grace he spent two years as a youth pastor in the Boston area and spent several summers before that at Pilgrim Pines Conference Center in Swanzey, NH working with high school students. He grew up here in Spofford and attended Grace through high school. Albie attended Liberty University and received his undergraduate in Youth Ministry and he completed his graduate work at Liberty Theological Seminary. He is joined at Grace by his wife Beth, who also attended Liberty University. They were married in August of 2010. Albie and Beth are both excited to build relationships with and minister to the youth of the church.

Diana Doucette

Office Manager

Diana joined the Church Staff in the Spring of 2010. Besides being a support to the Pastors and staff she does much of the administrative work around the office. She feels blessed to be a part of Grace's church family and it shows. She is married to Ron has three grown children.

Jen Lybarger

Children's Ministry Director

Jen joined the Grace Community staff in August of 2006. She is an alumnus of Gordon College where she majored in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. Jen taught in the field for 6 years and then became a stay-at-home mom for a number of years. She and her husband, Dave have two sons of their own, Jeff and Andrew. Jen's passion is for all the children at Grace to love God, love church, and love one another.

Bruce Dittrich

Building Care Management

Bruce is a native of Chesterfield. He is an early riser and can be found at work while many of us are still asleep. He was guided by the Lord to Grace Church in 1995. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at Camp Spofford. By the Grace of God, he will continue to serve until the Lord returns or calls him home.
