Nate Towers Youth Director

Nate Towers joined the staff at Grace Community in January 2007.  He is an alumnus of Liberty University, where he majored in Religion.  Nate directs the youth ministry here at Grace, and is chiefly interested helping teens know God.  Nate has a great wife named Leah, who shares his love for teens, and the Lord Jesus, and has a son named Jude.  Nate also loves reading (especially theology), French pressed coffee, the outdoors, campfires, music, and Leah (but not in that order).

 Harry Bafundi  Pastoral Assistant & Director of Administration

Like being snatched from the gates of Hades (Conn) Harry and his wife Verna landed in Spofford, and became immediately involved in Grace.  Showing an aptitude for administrative skills, he was added to staff soon after.  Like a man with out a country, his office is where ever he can find a outlet and a flat surface to place his computer, even if that space is normaly used as the Church Library.

Jama Marvel  Secretary

Jama joined the Church Staff in March of 2007.  Besides being a support to the Pastors, she also enjoys teaching Sunday School to the 5 and 6 year olds.  Jama loves the out-of-doors and enjoys hiking, skiing and paddling the quite waters of New Hampshire.  She is married to Mark and they have three grown boys, two of which are married and two beautiful granddaughters.

Maureen Powers  Secretary

Maureen joined the Church Staff in March of 2008.   She is also the church's liason and is on the board of  the CareNet Pregnancy Center of the Monadnock Region. Maureen's favorite time of the year is the fall when she and Al can hike and enjoy the mountains.   She has three children two of which are still in college and one lives in Keene.

Jen Lybarger  Children's Ministry Director

Jen joined the Grace Community staff in August of 2006.  She is an alumnus of Gordon College where she majored in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. Jen taught in the field for 6 years and then became a stay-at-home mom for a number of years.  She and her husband, Dave have two sons of their own, Jeff and Andrew.  Jen's passion is for all the children at Grace to love God, love church, and love one another.

 Bruce Dittrich  Building Care Management

Bruce is a native of Chesterfield.  He is an early riser and can be found at work while many of us are still asleep.  He was guided by the Lord to Grace Church in 1995.  In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at Camp Spofford.  By the Grace of God, he will continue to serve until the Lord returns or calls him home.
